Buddy Bounce
- The 10-points baloons are only accessible via jumping on other player's head, so do that when you are trying to aim for 10-points baloons.
Logger Heads
- Ummm... React fast I guess, not much else as this minigame is pretty straight forward.
Pinball Fall
- There are 5 varients of the layout. I did not test choosing which one is the best, but trace carefully to see which one has the best odds of winning.
Launch Break
- Pretty straight forward, just mash and shake.
Goomba Village
- Feels like half of the time the house with the most Goombas in it is the first one to have Goombas coming in. Make sure to look out for that. Also, There seems to have no pre-determined pattern for this game (or there are too many pre-determined patterns for this game) so don't think that you can memorise patterns here!
Speeding Bullets
-
Make sure your speed is the one you are comfortable driving with. You can slow down a bit by sliding at the side.
Master CPUs will only misses a few boost panels. Aim for sub 27 seconds againest them.
Pianta Pool
- Try to stay in the centre of the pool, and move to the direction of the gold ring as soon as posssible
Chain Event
- React fast I guess. Beware of accidential shaking, though
Skyjinks
- Stay focus to survive for the most part of the game, and only moves to the left of the screen at the final cloud jump.
This game is very generous if you failed, as you have 3 lives for this simple platformer game.
For the second part of the course, choose the cloud path as it should be easier.
Skipping Class
- Besides accuracy (pressing the correct button, speed is also important.
Mecha Choice
- All are purely random generated (or there exist too many patterns), so it is literally pick a door. Door opening at the beginning of the round does not seem to affect outcome. Game ends affter 5 rounds, or there are no surviving player.
- Probability of not getting dead end a single time (Assumes all 5 games are played): 32/243
Jigsaw Puzzle
- Look for the shape of the missing piece first before comparing with the picture itself. Duing the introduction, also preemptively place the cursor at the correct jigsaw piece. Also, beware of the hitbox of the pieces, especially when you are doing it in a hurry.
Growing Up
- Hold the Wii remote sideways normally. No need special holding position. Also, do not take your time as faster player to hit the block will have their vine grow faster.
Upward Mobility
- Simple platforming that you should be able to do it in 1 go, as long as you played some kind of platformer.
Ring Leader
-
Very straight forward game, be sure to press A early to dive for gold ring.
The perfect score is 40 points
Smash Compactor
- Another straight forward game, I suck at fighting genre games, good luck
Peak Precision
- Yet another straight forward game. Master CPU will still react slower than human palyers, though.
10 to Win
- At the start of the game, it is possible to track the card during the shuffling. Pay attention to that to gain advantage.
Tuber Tag
-
If you have played Shake It Up (which I didn't), this is just that, but you also have to somewhat mash A and B button.
CPUs are trash at this minigame, but do be careful not to swing the Wii Remote into something else.
Card Smart
- It is hard to get a perfect game in this game, so be strategic on when to throw away the cards with less value.
- For human games: try to be unpredictable with the 5 seconds countdown, i.e. move around the cards so others will have to guess which card= you will play. (same concept as Look Away from MP2)
Toad and Go Seek
- Very easy game once you have memorised the map layout. EVEN you don't have the layout memorised, look for nearby features and find the right house. The map is small enough and each part of the map is unique enough that you can find the right house in a very short time.
- If someone else do end up finding the house first and you didn't, look for that person's POV. If you are at the right place, that POV will show you in that POV.
Polar Extreme
- A straight forward platforming game. You only freeze in water when you fell into the water for 3? consecutive seconds (or 3 consecutive times), so it is somewhat hard to freeze.
- Near the end, keep yourself close to the rightside of the screen to have a greater chance of being 1st.
Goomba Bowling
- The angle of throwing should be opposite to the goomba line
- Try to throw earlier than when the goomba line reaches the character, to account for the amimation time.
Tumble Temple
- Pretty straightforward game, just try not to get backfire when you tried to jump on other players' head.
- Do not get comfy with the first 10 seconds or so, as the bars will move around.
Twist Ending
- Go as fast as you can while rotating, and slow down right before it hits the mark.
Manor of Escape
- Pay attention to which doors are incorrect / correct.
- Always choose the door taht is the closest to you, and to the each sides (unless the door is confirmed to be incorrect).
Player Conveyer
- (Insert image here)
- Memorise the layout above. Thank me later.
Ballistic Beach
- This does not utilise Tank control scheme. Be wary of this.
- Otherwise also a straightforward game.
